Teen Dog Training Information

This class is for adolescent dogs and their owners. Some dogs enrolled in this course have already received beginner foundation training. The transition from puppyhood to adult can be challenging for dog owners. Basic manners  (and off-leash reliability can disappear overnight. Destructive chewing, barking, house soiling, and temperament issues like fear and aggression can develop. These can be prevented when training continues after puppy class. Knowing what to expect and learning how to train your dog at home and out in the real world is the key to a smoother transition.
Basic behaviors sit, down, stay, leave-it, wait, drop, go-to place, loose leash walking in class.

This class is not for dogs with fear or aggression issues with people or dogs

Requirement: Ages 20 weeks up to 12 months
Duration: 60 minutes x 5 weeks
