Middle School Class
Duration: 75 minutes x 5 weeks
Requirement:(Age: 20 weeks up to 12 months)
This class aims to help adolescent dogs and their owners. Typically, most dogs enrolled in this course have already received beginner foundation training. The transition from puppyhood to adult can be challenging for dog owners. Basic manners (and off-leash reliability can disappear overnight. Destructive chewing, barking, house soiling, and temperament issues like fear and aggression can develop. These can be prevented when training continues after puppy class. Knowing what to expect and learning how to train your dog at home and out in the real world is the key to a smoother transition.
Basic behaviors sit, down, stay, leave-it, wait, drop, go-to place, loose leash walking, and heeling are all covered in class.
